How do I transfer money sent to me into my bank account? I am reading the instructions. I do not see what the instructions tell me to do.

I would like I would like to send it to my bank but each time I go in it tells me to hit that circle and then I would get a link like to follow to add the money but I don’t see anything when I do the instructions on the Internet to click on that particular item
