Peacock App on Apple TV

I have Apple TV model number A1842. I have added other streaming apps, but for some reason I cannot add Peacock. It downloads and then says Peacock is experiencing a problem try again later. I have a subscription and can mirror from phone to tv but can’t watch it through Apple TV alone. Anyone have any suggestions?

Try deleting the app using the steps here: Customize the Apple TV Home Screen - Apple Support

Delete an app
1. Select the app you want to delete, then press and hold the clickpad center (Siri Remote 2nd generation or later) or touch surface (Siri Remote 1st generation) until the app starts to jiggle.
2. Press the Play/Pause button  for more options, then choose Delete.
Deleting an app also deletes its data. You can download any app again that you’ve purchased on the App Store, free of charge, but the data may not be restored.
