When erasing my MacBook pro I closed it accidentally, I tried to place power on but didn't appear to be on, what to do to recover it, I need help please
Does your MBP have HDMI port or Thunderbolt digital video output?
Do you have a TV or Monitor with HDMI port?
That is what we're hoping for, but mostly just a test to find out where the problem lies, if it does work it may just be frayed cable thtough the hinges, if not it is likeley severe hardware failure.
Does it look like it's charging when plugged in?
Yes it looks like it's charging when I plug it to the charge, and when I place a power button only the light keyboard is on but nothing displaying on the screen.
I think you're going to have to have Apple look at it, thogh you might try hooking it to an external monitir as a test.
Make sure the MacBook has actually powered down.
Do this by pressing and holding the power button for 10-15 seconds.
Then press it again to initiate a normal restart.
Don't forget to 🤞🏽.
