Incoming calls not displaying full picture

So I have a problem. I’ve updated my iPhone to 16.3.1 and anytime I have an incoming call the picture is not showing full screen even though I have the settings right. I’ve tried other contacts, editing them in and cropping them but nothing seems to work. It always shows up as a banner. I need help 🥴

Since your Contact images are not displaying full screen, work through these steps.

Restarting can help resolve unexpected behaviors, so Restart your iPhone.
Also, ensure that you are fully up-to-date, since updates can also contain fixes. Update your iPhone or iPad
