Outgoing call background on iPhone is blurry

Mine is the blurry one other one is my friends phone i wanna see my wallpaper on the background like this how can i do it?

How can I disable the photo that pops up with an incoming call? I cannot tell you how much I hate seeing a giant photo of my neighbor when she calls me on the phone. It's startling; I wonder if it's a video call. It's completely unnecessary. It seems to be a fairly new feature, and it's enough to send me back to Android, and that's saying a lot. I tried going into phone settings, which are set to "banner" but the image is actually full screen. And I don't even want a banner. Is there a way I can disable this? Being able to reduce the size of the image would help somewhat, but really, I shouldn't have to see it. Help?

Are you having any other issues? Looks like you display is damaged somehow. You could try a Forced Restart:

Try the Forced Restart. If that does not help take your phone to an Apple Store or authorized repairer for testing or use the Support link on the bottom left of this page.
