Dark mode in Books

I wanna read in dark mode but even after searching how to change it I still couldn’t find it :///

Thank you for replying. However is it because I downloaded a book in pdf form so I don’t see the thing at the bottom right corner from your second picture?

Dark mode settings iBooks- latest update I just did the latest update and can’t find settings for iBooks. I prefer to read with dark mode and the only setting I can find is text size or scrolling. I have also activated dark mode from the main settings and that does not work as well. Thx!
