Blurry Spot when zooming on Iphone 13 pro

When I take pictures from my iPhone 13 pro and chose the 3x lens, there are three blurry spots that are appearing in all my pictures suddenly. I have never had this issue before, I tried cleaning the lens, but my camera has not been replaced or damaged. I have no clue why this is happening. It doesn't happen when I don't zoom in and take pictures. Is anyone else facing the same issue? Does anyone know of any solutions?
