We have a family group chat 2 android three apple. All apple users and one android are on the same mobile plan - same plan same carrier T-mobile. One apple user can send messages to the group but does not receive any. Help?

MMS is a phone carrier feature, contact said carrier to fix the issue.

I appreciate that suggestion however all but one of us have the same carrier and plan and only one of us isn’t receiving messages I feel this is more of an apple/phone setting we are missing vs a carrier setting.
