Hi Ewelina197,

We understand that your settings are correct, however, you are unable to receive notifications. To clarify, does this issue only occur with the Zepp app, or are you referring to all your notifications?

We'd like to provide you with a fe steps that may help resolve the issue:

Restart your iPhone. This may seem like a simple step to take but can often resolve several issues.

  1. "Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.

The volume button is located on the left side of the device, and the side button is located on the right

2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.

3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo."

Be sure Do Not Disturb with Focus is not enabled: Use Do Not Disturb with Focus on your iPhone or iPad

Update your iPhone. Completing this step ensures that your device has the latest fixes. (Secure your data with a backup)

We hope this helps.

Best wishes.
