Sleep alarm is syncing across multiple devices

I recently replaced my personal phone. I have 2 other iPhones (for work), an Apple Watch, and an iPad.

I had a Sleep alarm set up on my previous personal phone. It was active ONLY on that phone.

Now, the Sleep alarm is going off on every device every morning. I can’t figure out how to unsync them.

If I set a single alarm, it goes off only on the device I set it on. It seems to be the Sleep settings that are the problem.

Is there a way to fix this? I liked using Sleep.

iPhone 11, iOS 16

Hi KateChambers,

We'd love to see if we can help get the issue resolved for you. If you transferred your data from a different device, we'll list the steps below for you to check and see if the sleep schedule may be set up in Health, and shared across your devices that are signed in with the same Apple ID.

On your new iPhone, do the following to see if you can locate and disable the sleep schedule.

"In the Health app, you can turn off your scheduled alarms and turn off or delete your sleep schedules.

Delete a sleep schedule and its alarm

  1. Tap Browse at the bottom right, then tap Sleep.
  2. Scroll down to Your Schedule, then tap Full Schedule & Options.
  3. Tap Edit for the schedule you want to remove.
  4. Tap Delete Schedule (at the bottom of the screen)."
