Iphone - Display Color Profile

It appears that Apple has really messed up with display color profiles. I used to have 7+ which I recently upgraded to 14 Pro and I realized that all these flagship phones be it 12, 13 or 14 etc. have these yellowish screen. Main issue is with the brightness which is not as crisp as it used to be for 7+ display. White pixels appears to be replaced with Yellow tone. I have tried fixing the color tone, adjusting the True Tone, Night Mode, Tint etc. but display is simply not as crisp, or bright as it is for 7+, Even I have visited Apple service center and all I had to hear that all phones have now similar color profiles. Very Disappointed!!
