Hi there, see this on how to remotely Erase your iPhone, I am sorry that your iphone got stolen.

  1. Open the Find My app and choose the Devices tab.
  2. Select the device that you want to remotely erase.
  3. Scroll down and choose Erase This Device.
  4. Select Erase This device

Hello,

This document has a list of things to do if your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen. --> If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support It has a list of other things to do in addition to erasing the device.

In addition to the erase method mentioned in a previous post (which is from this source, by the way: Use the Find My app to locate a missing device or item - Apple Support), you can also Erase a device in Find Devices on iCloud.com

You may already have access to a device with the Find My app on it, but if you do not, you can still erase it using any web browser signed into iCloud.com
