Cannot add Security Keys due to new device on my account

How can I skip this check to add security keys? I am on MacBook Air M2 + macOS 13.2.1

OK I admit that I kinda forced Ventura on my machine by using OpenCore, but Ventura is working fine on my MacBookPro11,1 So, my ultimate question is: If I enable the Security Keys on my AppleID, does that mean that I won't be able to use this AppleID on my MacBook?
