anyconnect 4.10.05111 network disconnect problem

Has anyone having an issue with AnyConnect 4.10.05111 where it is causing a network disconnect and reconnect?

The AnyConnect client is installed but I am not using it for VPN at this time. I saw this issue after I upgraded to Ventura 13.2.1 - I have talked to a few other folks that that are seeing the same problem.

Any ideas?

Thank you

We use Cisco AnyConnect for remote access to work, and the one thing that sometimes works is to set IPv6 to "Link-local only"

System Settings -> Network -> WiFi -> Details -> TCP/IP -> Configure IPv6 -> Link-Local Only

If you are Ethernet connected then substitute your network interface for WiFi in the above path to the setting.

This does not always work, but for some of the employees at work, it does.

If not VPN... what then?
