Used GarageBand loops in film, someone claims I violated their copyright, how do I contact GB team?

Hi,

I used some GarageBand loops in film, posted it on internet for friends to review, then I get a notice that I violated the copyright.

They won't tell me who complained, won't tell me the timings in the film where music supposedly violated the copyright, just tell me to contact the rightsholder.

How can I contact the GB team to straighten this out?

You don't need the GB team.

Using royalty-free loops in GarageBand with commercial work - Apple Support

"You may use the Apple and third party audio loop content (Audio

Content), contained in or otherwise included with the Apple Software, on

a royalty-free basis, to create your own original music compositions or

audio projects. You may broadcast and/or distribute your own music

compositions or audio projects that were created using the Audio

Content,"

The problem is with the accuser. Often, one of the big guys will use a loop and blindly accuse you of a copyright violation when you use the same loop. Getting it straightened out can be almost impossible.
