Toggle insert/Overwrite on a MacBook Pro?

What is the short cut on a MacBook Pro for the insert key? I know that if you have a full keyboard the command 0 on the numeric keyboard will do it but what if you don't have the numeric keypad. How do you toggle insert/overwrite on a MacBook keyboard.

I have no clue how to do this?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 13.1
