I am not able to update the software further, it is showing " No updates available"

i am not able to download apps like pages, keynotes, and many more for my use.

I have checked from apple website, my model (2017) macbook pro with touchbar is compatible to update to mac os ventura.

Back up your data, check the application compatibility table, click here, and then on the download link for a more-recent OS. They're full-version upgrades and won't appear in the Updates list.

Catalina and higher won't run 32-bit software; if you upgrade to one of them, use Go64 as well.
