AudioBox USB

I have a Persons AudioBox USB96 that works on my Windows PC but does not seem to be recognized by my MacBook Pro. I've tried using 2 different hubs but both have been unsuccessful. Has anyone else had the same issue? We you able to find a fix?

USB audio device stopped working after upgrade to Ventura I have a generic USB sound card which I bought about one month ago. Under Monterey it worked exactly as expected - plug and play, 'USB Audio Device' appears in my device list, line in and out both work perfectly. Yesterday I made the mistake of upgrading to Ventura and the device is no longer visible. I have tried it in several different USB ports and it never shows up. I have rebooted the Mac a couple of times. No dice. Is this a known 'feature' of Ventura, are there some kind of additional drivers I now need (?!) or is there something else I can do? MacBook Pro 14" with M1 Pro, so resetting my SMC is not an option. I do a lot of work with external audio so this is critical to my workflow so any answer (short of downgrading to Monterey or getting a new, expensive, Apple-Certified sound card) would be very welcome...

Hubs can be trouble. Try plugging your AudioBox directly into your Mac. If it works that way, the hubs are the source of the problem.

ps. The Presonus AudioBox USB96 is a USB2 device. Depending on the model MBP you have, you may need an adapter to connect it to your MBP.
