Not with an iPhone 6.

iPhone 6 is forever limited to iOS 12, currently iOS 12.5.7.

There is no iOS upgrade, no hardware update, and no option other than a newer (used, refurb) or new iPhone.

An iPhone 6 isn't capable of 13 or above; they require at least 2GB of RAM.
