Watch remote data access

My dad has dementia and we need a way of monitoring his heart rate remotely while he is at home. He doesn’t have a smart phone but does have Wi-Fi. He is not capable of using any devices so we need a wearable we can set up that will connect to his home Wi-Fi network and we can see his heart rate (either live or via historic logged data) when we are not with him. Does the I-watch have the functionality to achieve this?

No unfortunately it doesn't, though it has been asked before.

There is no remote monitoring of vital signs.

Also without his paired iphone you would need to pair a cellular connected Watch to your own iphone (8 or later) and the following features and apps are not available: Medications, respiratory rate, irregular heart rhythm notifications, ECG, Cycle Tracking, Sleep, Wrist Temperature, Blood Oxygen, Audiobooks, Remote, News, Home, and Shortcuts.
