FaceTime live pics
I have Live Photos turned on on FaceTime settings but wasn’t able to take pics this morning while speaking with my granddaughter

We understand you weren't able to take a Live Photo during a recent FaceTime call with a loved one. We have some questions for a better understanding of exactly what happened.
- Were you able to take the photo but it didn't save?
- If you weren't able to take the photo, did you see an error message?
- What specifically happened when you trying to take the photo?
- Are you able to take photos when not using the FaceTime app?
- Which iOS version do you have installed? (Settings > General > About)
We'd recommend toggling the setting for Settings > FaceTime > FaceTime Live Photos off. Restart your iPhone, then go back into Settings to enable that setting again. Test a FaceTime call taking a Live Photo when you can. Sometimes just a simple restart will do wonders. If the issue persists, reply back with those details.
