i’ve been searching for 3 years, and in that time apple conspicuously has not answered that question about how to buy replacement ear tips for this specific product at every level of their site.

the powerbeats pro remains in stock so they must still be sourcing those tips or have a stock of them.

i live in california and this seems like a consumer protection violation.
