iMessage apps not working with screentime

Hello!

My stickers and other iMessage apps aren’t working when my screen time restrictions are on.I can’t use Memoji anymore because my parents added screen time restrictions. They are trying hard to turn them off for iMessage apps but they can’t find out how, and gave me the task to find out how. I’ve found someone else with this problem and someone replied with links about how, but they didn’t work. So many people have this problem online and people I know also have this issue.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. Does it happen when downtime is enabled?

During downtime, only calls, messages, and apps you choose to allow are available. You can receive calls from contacts you’ve selected to allow communication with during downtime, and you can use apps you’ve chosen to allow at all times.
