Restoring access to Apple Music on laptop

I have the a Apple Music Icon on Macbookpro running Catalina but my music library is only accessible on Iphone and Ipad. I accidentally deleted something that must have given access before. How do I restore access to music library on the laptop? Thanks

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

Try Choose Library, then see if you can open the library from ~/Music/Music/Music Library.musiclibrary if it exists. Otherwise use the Create Library option and make a new library. The default location is ~/Music and the library folder you create would be called Music.
