instant alpha does not show up under keynote> view> customize toolbar. I have version 12.2.1

Keynote has no instant alpha Where is instant alpha? I have been using it for years and now it has disappeared from my toolbar and is not in the range of tools to customize. My old Mac with High Sierra has it and it is great. Looks like the latest Keynote has removed it? I tried Remove Background and I cannot do what I need to do with it. I removes all kinds of items I want to keep.

It has been renamed to Remove Background
