Not showing in my device 50GB plan

You can double check your iCloud available space by opening Settings ➡️ Apple ID (Your Name at Top) ➡️ iCloud ➡️ Manage Account Storage: Here, you will see your total amount of iCloud space used and total amount of available space.

NOTE: Purchasing iCloud space does NOT add space to your iPhone physically. The total physical space on your iPhone will never change and will remain the same since the time that you bought your iPhone.
