My colors are weird almost a negative effect
How can I set my phone back to the original color settings, without losing my photos and files

It sounds like you have Classic Invert or Smart Invert enabled.
You can disable this function. From your iPhone, go to:
- Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size
Look for Classic Invert and Smart Invert. If either is enabled, choose to disable.
