I somehow added a space in notes checks-list and can’t seem to delete it. When I manage to tap it to get an edit menu with delete it does’t go away. I think it is just deleting what’s in the inserted space. Swipes right or left don’t bring up a delete icon either.
This is a bit tricky and time-consuming but you can remove the lines spaces, which you called cells, created through the lines with starting arrow.

Note: You have created two spaces and I have shown a demo for single-space removal. Repeat the same process for the second space too. That is tap with three fingers below the second space.
