Hey there Pinkydadon,

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities.

Just to confirm, what information that was removed from your iPhone are you trying to access? For example, are you trying to recover deleted emails or photos? If so, check out the steps in the resources below on how to manage emails in the Trash mailbox, or photos in the Recently Deleted album:

Recover a deleted email
1. Tap the Back button in the upper-left corner, then tap an account’s Trash mailbox.
2. Tap the email you want to recover, then tap the Reply button.
3. Tap Move Message, then choose another mailbox.
Recover deleted photos or videos
1. Open Photos and tap the Albums tab.
2. Tap the Recently Deleted album under Utilities.
3. In iOS 16, iPadOS 16.1, or later, use Face ID or Touch ID to unlock your Recently Deleted album.
4. Tap Select.
5. Select the photo or video that you want to keep and tap Recover. If you want to recover all the photos and videos in the album, tap Recover All.
6. Tap Recover Photo to confirm.

If you accidentally delete a photo or video, you have 30 days to get it back from your Recently Deleted album. When you recover photos and videos, they go back to your Library.

If trying to find different information, provide us with a few more details on what you're looking for, and we'll continue from there.

Have a great day!
