Account disabled

Hello,

I seem to have locked myself out of my account. It’s saying my account is disabled and won’t let me download any apps nor update them. What do I need to do?

A disabled account typically happens for payment or security issues.

You didn’t specify which message, so here are the available options:

—Option 1–

When "If your Apple ID is locked or disabled" message appears, then there is an issue with your password authentication.

—Option 2—

When "your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," there is an issue with the payment method.

In this case, I recommend contacting Apple Support for help from an Apple advisor.
