Podcast artwork error hosted via Podbean

Hi everyone,

I've been trying to get my podcast validated by Apple for months but keep getting the error message: 'Art - Artwork must be 3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests.'

As far as I can see my artwork matches those requirements so I'm at a bit of a loss.

I'll ask the Hostes to move this to the Producing Podcasts forum which is where it should live.

IOt is 500 x 500 px, and so far too small. If you are sure the image you submitted to Podbean is the correct domensions then that suggests that they havge resized it, though why they would do so is beyond me. Check your original carefuly: you may need to take this up with Podbean.
