Hello malek174,

Thank you for reaching out to Apple Support Communities.

If you are experiencing issues roaming, these steps may be able to provide some guidance:

"If you have roaming issues during international travel

  1. If the date and time are wrong after you arrive, go to Settings > General > Date & Time. Make sure that Set Automatically is turned on.
  2. Turn on Airplane Mode for about 30 seconds. Then turn it off again and let your iPhone automatically select the best network.
  3. If you see No Service or SOS only in the status bar of your iPhone, open Settings and tap Cellular, or Cellular Data, or Mobile Data. Tap Cellular Data Options and make sure that Data Roaming is on.
  4. If you still need help, try a different SIM card or contact your carrier for more information.

If you use an iPhone with an eSIM, learn more about your travel options for eSIM."

More details can be found here: About cellular data roaming options for your iPhone and iPad

If the issue persists, can you provide a few more details? Have you spoken with your carrier to verify you have access to roaming? Has roaming ever worked previously? Also, what is your exact iOS 16 version?

Cheers!
