HAPTIC FEEDBACK isn’t working after iOS 16.3.1

Well i had this iPhone 8+ since 2018 and no big damage happened to it, so I found the phone in one of my drawers and started using it again since it’s supported till now.

So I started using it until iOS 16.3.1 came out with bug fixes and more security updates, so I updated like (the Haptic Feedback was working)9:30am, but at 9:24pm all vibrations were gone, the home button, silent mode, 3D Touch, Haptic Feedback stopped working. I tried restarting it but nothing happened, I tried to use the settings app but nothing happened too. By the way the phone didn’t receive any damage. Any help please?
