what is the reason and solution why downloading or updating my apps on the apple store is very slow while i am on wifi even though my net connection and speed is very good, if i use the data on my local carrier on my phone the speed is very fast?
is there a settings for this?

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
Charge the battery > 70%.
