itunes problem
when i connect my iphone 11 pro to itunes, I can not place audiobook CD to my iphone, it rip to itunes put will not transfer to "my iphone" please help.

Let's see if we can work out where the problem lies.
- Can you see the entry in your iTunes Library for the audiobook?
- Which section of your Library does it appear in:
- Audiobooks
- Music
- somewhere else (where)?
- does the Audiobook play in your Library (using the files listed in iTunes, not the CD)?
Question 2 will help us determine whether the audiobook is listed in your Library as an Audiobook or as Music, but do not look at the genre to answer that question - that is not the correct place to look. Make sure you use the screenshots below to help you switch between Music and Audiobooks:
Once we know the answers to the above, we can hopefully narrow down the issue and find the fix.
