MacBook Air M1 speaker popping issue

I bought MacBook Air M1 yesterday. When ı watching film, ı heard popping sound from MacBook speaker. I searched this issue and this issue is very common. I think this is software issue. How can ı fix this? I hope Apple solves this problem.

They said it's making popping sounds, not that it's not making sound.

Hi sevko123,

For help with the internal speakers on your MacBook Air, test the steps below found in the article here: If the internal speakers on your Mac aren't working - Apple Support

"Check your sound settings

First, disconnect any cables from the USB, Thunderbolt, or 3.5mm audio ports on your Mac.

  1. From the Apple menu , choose System Settings (or System Preferences).
  2. Click Sound.
  3. Click the Output tab, then select the built-in speakers. If you don’t see built-in speakers as an option in the Output window, contact Apple Support.
  4. If the Output volume slider is set low, move the slider to the right and test again.
  5. If the Mute checkbox is selected, deselect it and test again.
  6. If you still don’t hear any sound, contact Apple Support."

If you have additional concerns about the noise you heard or to help determine if it is a hardware issue reach out to Apple Support directly to further assist.
