Unable to download Apps to my iPhone

I can't search and download many programs.

When it finds it, it doesn't want to download it, and it says that the region is faulty, although the region was entered correctly

App Store region Hoping someone can help. I downloaded an app from the App Store to my iPhone 14 pro max and was successful. My husband has now a month or so later tried to download the same one and it no longer is in the App Store. If we try to download using the QR it says it’s not available in your region. I have just done a search on my phone and the app is no longer in the App Store. A lot of the apps have non English information written underneath. Is it possible both our iPhones have changed regions ? How do I check that?

The message says - This app is currently not available in your country or region. I’m afraid there’s not much you can do about that. It’s up to the developer and any licensing bodies in your country.
