Hello Wesal003,

Thanks for asking the Apple Support Communities for help with a charge. Sometimes these are fake text messages or emails with links for you to click and verify information. They have you fill in your account info, which is known as phishing.

1. Please first go through these two help articles:

Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

2. You can verify if these are real or pending charges using this help article to check your purchase history: If you see 'itunes.com/bill or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support

3. The charge may also be an authorization hold for something else you tried? These are later released by your financial institution: How apps, content, and subscriptions from Apple are billed - Apple Support

"If you see a pending charge for a small amount

"If you update your billing information or add someone to your Family Sharing group, a temporary authorization hold for a small amount might appear on your statement. Authorization holds are removed by your card issuer or financial institution after a short time."

4. If a payment method can not be charged, the charge remains unpaid until you update your payment method. If there was an error, once the payment is completed, you can request a refund: If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

"If none of your payment methods can be charged, your last order will remain unpaid. View your purchase history to see your recent purchases and find out which order is unpaid."

"You can request a refund* for a purchase that you don't recognize, but you must pay for the purchase first. "

5. Charges can also come from subscriptions. Even though an app was deleted, subscriptions still need to be cancelled. Please check your subscriptions using this article: See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

6. If it is a valid charge and you need to request a refund, you can do so from the emailed receipt, or use the information here: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

Thanks.

Thank you for your reply, On January 25, the amount of 42.99 Saudi riyals was withdrawn twice from Apple which was the total 85.98, knowing that I did not buy anything and did not subscribe to any app from Apple and I verified this from the history and the purchases, and it was repeated again on February 8 with the same amount and twice as well.

I demand to return the amount that was withdrawn from me, which is 171.96 in total for not buying and not having an invoice for the purchase.
