Siri won’t restart iphone.

I have a new iPhone 14 Pro. When I ask Siri to restart this iPhone it says it can’t help me with this right now. If I turn on voice control and say reboot iPhone, it asks for confirmation and then restarts as it should. Oddly, Siri will restart my old iPhone 8 without a problem.

The software is up to date, Siri is on and I have restarted the phone multiple times trying to resolve the issue. The only other thing I have noticed is that Siri will occasionally respond with on-screen text, but no voice.

I suspect this is a bug as I do not have these issues on the iPhone 8.

Any suggestions would be appreciate any suggestions.
