Removing devices from Airplay on Mac
question was asked how to remove device from airplay in this case Roku device. I connected my Roku to my Samsung smart tv via high performance hdmi cable. I've never had to access or even go to Airplay to add the Roku. It seem apple software was programmed to sinc the Roku device to airplay automatically. I only discovered about the "Airplay" connection between the Roku and my MacBook Pro 2021 when I was having trouble connecting my Macbook Pro to my tv. Before connecting the Roku device I never had any trouble connecting my MacBook Pro to my tv. Right now I can connect the MacBook Pro to my Samsung smart tv the problem is I can't adjust the over scan because the Macbook Pro M1 does not the over scan adjustment. I don't know if removing the Roku out from Airplay will help. Other than adjusting to the various screen settings Apple did not include a over-scan adjustment slider setting. Use to be next to the brightness adjustment setting bar. I use the tv screen as a monitor because I'm disabled it just helps overall health wise for me personally. How can Apple Customers remove the Roku device from airplay, Roku is no listed in the Airplay menu device panel menu on my Macbook pro. But Roku is listed in drop menu of "add display" from the display preferences screen
