I just want to know i had an iphone 5c my dad gave it to me and from his friend so there was no exchange of billing slip all i can provide to you is model number and imei number he bought he died 2 years ago.now i dont have anyone from his family that might know his email or password that he set up that phone with.and now i am stuck with that.so is there any way that i can get out of this situation.i am attaching a picture as well
I'll keep this short. You do not have any of the information required to remove the lock (user ID and password) nor the information most likely to get Apple to reset the device (the original receipt), and probably no way to legally demonstrate that the original owner wanted you to have the device so you can get access to the account used to sign into the device. Recycle the device.
But the guy i bought it from is dead

But the guy i bought it from is dead and it was hand to hand purchase.so there aint gonna be record.and i live in Pakistan now so there aint any possibility that i can take it to apple customer support coz there aint any in my country so is there any chance that i can get hold on to my device
I did contacted them but they dont know about this at all and they said sorry and cant help because the guy sold knew his id nd password so i dont think its a good option is there any other way around?
