Pairing my Widex hearing aids with my Macbook Pro

I just got hearing aids (Widex Moment) and I can pair the easily with my iphone and ipad, but they won't pair with my MacBook Pro. Maybe my laptop is too old????? My operating system is macOS Monterey 12.6.3. I've tried restarting the hearing aids (which I sometimes have to do when switching between my phone and tablet) but they don't appear under Bluetooth devices. To pair with my phone and tablet, I go to settings-accessibility-hearing devices. But on my laptop, when I go to accessibility, hearing devices isn't an option; there's only "Audio", "RTT" and "Captions" under "Hearing".

Thanks.

A quick glance I see no mention about it being compatible with Macs https://www.widex.com/en-us/support/compatibility/
