Unable to visit some websites via Safari on my iPhone

I have an iPhone 13 Mini and I cannot reach certain sites on my iPhone via Safari but can access the exact same site on my iPad and my MacBook Air. The message says “Safari cannot open the page because the server can’t be found”. The site is .gov so there shouldn’t be an issue. Any ideas?

I found the solution, I have NordVPN installed on my iPhone 13 mini. I went into the app, turned it off, and I was able to access the website. Thanks for the suggestion though, I didn't actually know how to clear Safari history but now I do!
