I have recently bought a new phone and from what i can tell it is a fake phone.
Is there anythign that can be done to this phone?

Why do you think it is a fake phone? There are counterfeit iPhones, but they are actually Android phones that look like iPhones.

If you really do have a fake phone, you can always recycle it.
The phone has android software but looks like an iPhone and is not useable at all.

It has Apple ID but not able to use the actually thing with android software on it. It can not be used
My experience is when you recycle a product you are donating it. I don't think any place will pay you for the phone. You might have to pay them though, to recycle it.
Apple wouldn't give you anything for it since it's not an Apple product.
How do you know it has an Apple ID if you can’t use it?
