If i need to restrict everything to improve the performance of battery they why i need to choose Iphone? we are buying phone to use/allow all smart functionality, if use this then battery will go down means then we can go for old phone right?

My iPhone 14 is also draining so fast after updating to 16.3.1... but i don't have much app
