Does anyone have billing issues?

So I got an email that matches Apple’s email and it’s saying it has a billing problem with my Hulu. But it charge my account like a couple days ago and asked me to fix my PayPal. I looked at my PayPal. I did not click the button and everything seems fine. Is this a scam? My Hulu gets charged every 20th of each month.
