Hello LhonMarGon33,

Are you experiencing issues with iOS not automatically updating or is it an issue with apps not updating as expected?

If iOS isn't updating automatically with the option for this enabled, then this page can help provide assistance: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

On there it'll help to note, "Some updates might need to be installed manually." This may include major iOS updates, such as going from iOS 15 to iOS 16. For regular smaller updates, such as going from iOS 16.2 to iOS 16.3, there may be a period of time where the update may not automatically install (unless the update is manually checked for), but should eventually install after that time period expires.

Cheers.
