How to make „Added playlist” disappear for a blocked person

Hi, my question concerns shared playlists on Apple Music. I have blocked a person who, before having been blocked, had added one of my playlists to their library. Even though they are blocked, their profile name and photo still appear below the last song under “Added Playlist”. How do I make it disappear?
