there problem with hotspot in iso 16.3.1

the hotspot is not working proper.

it is too slow , before that it work in 5 ghz but after updating to iso 16.3.1 it work only in 2.4 ghz in iphone 13 pro max

First thing I advise is to try a Forced restart

How to fix endless loading when connecting iPad to iPhone 16 Pro Max's Personal Hotspot? Please advise. There was a problem with the personal hotspot on my new iPhone 16 PM. I want to connect my iPad to my hotspot and it appears in wi-fi section.
