Hey there Tasade1,
If this is all showing on your iPhone, does restarting or checking from a different network have any impact on this? Test both steps as they could resolve the issue. Also, check your iCloud storage from a different device and web browser to isolate this some.
To check with another network, you can connect to cellular data on your iPhone by swiping down from the top-right corner to access Control Center, and from there tap the Wi-Fi icon to disable Wi-Fi and connect to cellular data. This is a good step if you're currently connected to your home Wi-Fi network.
Here's how to restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
How to restart your iPhone X, 11, 12, 13, or later
1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.

2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo.
